Wenger Vieli advised Jakob Müller Holding, a globally active, family-owned industrial company, on the acquisition of the Buss Group, a leading provider of compounding solutions. With this acquisition, Jakob Müller Holding expands its technology portfolio, strengthens its "Process Solutions" division, and significantly enhances its position in high-viscosity process technology.
