Deal: Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of Investment Navigator on their sale to aosphere

Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of Investment Navigator, a Zurich-based fintech specializing in digital cross-border compliance and investment workflow solutions, on all legal and tax matters related to the sale to aosphere, a global provider of online legal and compliance analysis solutions.

Investment Navigator has established itself as a leading European provider of digital cross-border compliance tools, supporting banks and financial institutions in managing regulatory requirements and investment-product suitability workflows. Through this transaction, aosphere expands its digital capabilities and strengthens its global compliance-tech offering for a wide range of clients across the financial services industry.
