Deal: Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of WL Bau on the sale to Condecta

Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of WL Bau on the sale to Condecta on all related Swiss legal and tax matters. WL Bau is an established provider of container and modular construction solutions with more than 20 years of experience in the Swiss market.

Through the transaction, WL Bau joins Condecta, a leading provider of modular system solutions in Switzerland. Following the transaction, the company will continue its activities as part of Condecta.
