Deal: Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders on the sale of a leading Swiss insurance broker

Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders on all Swiss legal and tax matters in connection with the sale of a leading Swiss-based independent insurance broker (“Company”) to an international insurance brokerage group (“Acquirer”).

The Company operates across Switzerland’s key economic regions and provides comprehensive insurance and risk advisory services to a broad client base, including large corporates, SMEs, and public institutions. The Acquirer is an internationally active insurance broker pursuing a focused buy-and-build strategy in selected European markets.
