Deal: Wenger Vieli Real Estate advised the sellers on the sale of their real estate portfolio

We advised the sellers in connection with the divestment of their exceptional portfolio of several residential properties located in Zurich-Hottingen, Schlieren, and Zurich-Albisrieden through a two-stage bidding process. Our mandate covered all aspects of the transaction — from structuring the deal and drafting and negotiating the purchase agreements to coordinating closing and the transfer of ownership in the land register. Our advice further included the review of tenancy law, tax, and land-registry matters to ensure a smooth and legally sound sales process.
